FAQ
Do I need prior pilates expereince?

Not at all. In fact, most of our clients are new to reformer Pilates! Our classes are designed to guide you through each movement so you can build confidence, learn the machine, and feel comfortable from your very first session.

What should I wear and bring to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes—we do sell them in the studio if you don’t have a pair! Just bring a water bottle, and you’re welcome to bring a small towel if you’d like.

What is a reformer?

The reformer is a specialized Pilates machine designed to support and challenge your movement through controlled resistance. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you through exactly how to use it in class.

Will this be too hard for me?

Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. We offer modifications and guidance throughout class so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early, especially for your first class, so you have time to get settled and meet your instructor before we begin.
